Rodolfo was very professional. He was able to ask just the right questions in order to assess the complete review of my service needs. He went out of his way to treat me as an old friend. I felt right at home at Longo. As usual, the job was done to perfection. In addition, I was very impressed at the attention to Covid concerns. You have found a way to be even more efficient during these complex business times. Drop off and pick up were accomplished in record times.
The customer service was excellent. My only issue of unsatisfactory is the charge of $329 charge for a basic 105 miles service with only a oil change and tire rotation. This will drive customers like myself other places for a basic service costing that amount. I price I paid for my vehicle brand new and keeping up on service every five thousands miles has to be more reasonable. My vehicle is a 2007 ES 350, so My vehicle did not qualify for that 4 service for like six hundred dollars, because my vehicle was after 2010. Very disappointed.
