Service writer was courteous and helpful. The facility and wait time is nothing like I remembered. I chose to trade my Audi for this RX350 because I remembered the excellent service department and prompt customer service. I know the pandemic is partly responsible, but I hope to have a better experience when I return in 6 months.

The whole process was great. The rental was a great gesture. The only thing I did not like was waiting for an “associate”. It took 30 min to see one, and once I did I was out in less than 2 min...I don’t know what the hold up was? Anyway, excellent service. I will be back.
