Picked up my car after getting recall work done and found out after I got home that my side view mirrors were not working, very disappointing as I do not live close enough to drive back and forth. When I called to explain my frustration l, they did offer to come pick up my car so I wouldn’t have to take time off work to come back. I did appreciate that.

Give this man a promotion. I don’t even know how but this man, Rodolfo Ayala, the G.O.A.T, the living breathing legend absolutely blew my mind. I came in to have my tire patched and this man hit me with so much knowledge. Okay all jokes aside though he was great. Very professional, kind and he answered all of my questions. I will always give my business to Longo for their great service.
