Once again Frank Lorusso has gone above and beyond He not only helped me save money through these troubling time's by offering me a sevice plan valid for four visits but he also took the the time to personally walk me over and introduce me to the friendly staff in another department for a body work issue
My car was washed but has hand oil print.
Edgar deserves a 10+. He goes way beyond to help his clients. For instance, I had a flat tire and was about a block away from Crown Lexus from whom I purchased two tires for my Lexus GS350. When I called Crown, they looked up my records and noted that I had gone to a different dealership for the last few services. They said they would have a service advisor call me back to address my flat tire, but no one from Crown ever called me back. I then called Edgar, and he was able to help me determine if the tires were under warranty, so I could figure out how to proceed. Edgar ended up taking care of me with two new matching tires, and it wasn’t really Longo’s issue in the first place. I wish all service advisors at Lexus could emulate Edgar’s devotion to client service the way he did. He deserves a bonus and recognition. Thank you Longo and Lexus for such admirable customer service!

The service was good but it took me 20 minutes from the time I have the girl my paper outside for pickup to the time they actually brought my car over.
Rene was polite and cordial. I didn’t have a bad experience with him. I am disappointed in the outcome of the service because the mechanic was unable to fix my problem without calling for a $525 additional fee for further investigation. I opted not to fix the problem and that disappoints me. The problem is a little complicated perhaps. It is only TPMS issue which should be simple for any mechanic to troubleshoot and solve, so I don’t get it.
Service person Jennifer was very helpful. Also follow up and pick up flat beds car driver was excellent.I feel very special.

Worse service experience ever.
Arrived on time as scheduled then waited seemingly forever. Finally approached the counter. Was asked if I had an appointment. Showed her the letter from Longo and was informed I was not in the system or logged in. Strange!
Per your letter my LS 500 will be serviced with a courtesy recall item and an oil change. Then I am informed that the oil change will be charged.
I pickup the car today and there are streaks on the left rear shirt.
Have had 4 Lexus cars over the years. Never had this experience. Will inform Lexus HQ in Plano about this matter.
