Man Wong is pleasant to work with. He offers any current applicable specials and gives a good estimate of when the work should be completed. I do wish the car wash was operational. It’s a very nice feeling when I can leave service in a clean car.

The repair was done in a timely manner, however I was extremely surprised to see that my car was not washed. We been a loyal Lexus customers for years and this is the first time that my car doesn’t get washed after a repair.
