When I went to the dealership on Tuesday, Beau extended his assistance when I apparently skipped the whole line of cars waiting outside the service department. He was patient and knowledgeable in meeting my need to get a complete new key and remote made. The process was very easy, only because of having Beau giving me the full run down! Today I drove away with new keys and a big smile on my face!

It was a pleasure working with Francis as it has always been for the last 19 years that I’ve been a Lexus owner.
This time around was okay however, I took my car in for the same problem six months ago and was informed that everything was fine. This time around they indicated they heard and found the problem, if they had told me this 6 months ago I could have saved myself a considerable amount of money given the information that was provided to me after they inspected my vehicle. My only reason for purchasing a Lexus was because of the mechanical department. I am somewhat skeptical going forward.......
I hope I can enjoy some snacks while waiting as before.
