Edgar is the best service advisor I’ve had at Longo in twenty years. He makes the customer feel valued, patiently explains answers to questions and is a consummate professional. I have utilized the services of Glendale Lexus in the past and there is no comparison.

First, Jim Palmer is one of the best!
He took care of my RX in all respects.
The problem occurred when I went to pick up my vehicle. I paid the invoice @ 6:35PM. At 7PM I was still waiting for my car. Finally a service person came over to me and asked me if I was waiting for a vehicle. When he checked he discovered the location tag # was incorrect. When the Service Advisor got involved, he discovered my car was located in the Detail shop.
So, please do a Post Mortem and figure out what went wrong. I am not mad, just disappointed.
Kelly Yang has been my advisor for years and I always request him. He keeps me posted on the status of my service and I always leave Longo happy with my vehicle. Yay for Kelly!
