I’m very unhappy upon being quoted $175 to check the issue I had with my car but your technician didn’t properly diagnose the issue. I ended up paying for something that I strongly suspected I did not need (replacing battery). I would think your technician would at the minimum test to see if the car has the issue I described because I encountered the same issue when I first started my car at the Lexus Service area when I picked up my car. I’m definitely will raise this issue with Lexus corporate office.
Loaner car is better provided by Lexus not Enterprise
