My service advisor was outstanding! He was very honest and recommended what would work best for me since my car is a lease , he did not push Unneeded services on me and I really respect that . I’ve had a Mercedes and Audi before I’ve always been irritated with my service advisors for their slimy tactics to push unnecessary services. I love that Lexus does not. I was given a very reasonable price for two much needed tires. I moved to OC and it’s not necessarily convenient for me to bring my car into your dealership anymore but because of the wonderful service Ive experienced in the past ( and now) I refuse to go anywhere else. The valet Jacob was wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about the entire staff. the service is always so consistent and the employees are well- trained. I always leave impressed.
