Was told my car was ready or done by 4pm. I told the advisor I had dinner reservations at 515pm. Was also told an uber will pick me up at 3:55pm, I waited outside my house for almost 45min. So I called Longo ,they said sorry. Then setup an uber to pick me up at 445pm. Remember I told Rudy ahead of time I need my car by 4pm or 410pm so I can make my dinner reservations. Finally picked up my car at 515pm and arrived super late to my dinner reservations. So I got kicked out of my reservations and had to wait another hour and half to get my seat. I'm just heated now

Kelly is always very friendly and I request him when I bring my car in for service because he has always given me the feeling that he is not selling me on unnecessary services and is being honest about what I really need. I will continue to request Kelly when bringing my car in for service.
