James Palmer provided great service. My minor complaints with Enterprise and pick-up of my vehicle is that I had to wait over 30 minutes to return the rental and for over 15 minutes for service to bring my vehicle out after I paid.

Edgar, was very thorough and going over my service needed on my vehicle clarified detail, provided a loaner car and kept me up-to-date throughout the day regarding the service of my vehicle, checked on me several times to see if I had any additional concerns. I am very pleased with the service Edgar provided very professional and courteous.
