I took my Lexus 300 NXH to get serviced for some alignment And I was taken care of by Rodolfo Ayala and team. He was very understanding and also very accommodating to my needs. I went in just for an alignment but he made it a good visit. Thank you to everyone at Longo Lexus for your help today specially in finding a loaner vehicle last minute and letting me test drive the RX which was a vehicle that I wanted to test drive as a loaner a long time ago.
