I will ALWAYS select Edgar Anzaldo as my Service Advisor @ Longo. He is informative, he searches for the best options and finds coupons for services I choose. He explains, in detail, the recommended vs. required services and what should be completed first. I trust him, he provides full disclosure and he is my Service Advisor as long as I have a Lexus...I am #Lexus4life!
