I have always been very pleased with the service I receive from Longo Lexus. However, this time I was more then pleased. James Palmer was more than accommodating and continued to keep me informed of the daily process. James Palmer was very professional, pleasant and treated me as a special guest.

I went into the dealer For a another recall on my is250 this time it was for the air bags y’all literally begged me too come in and so I did only to come back to my car with my dashboard ripped on the top and a supervisor came out saying there’s not much we can do here like what? Are you serious I didn’t come in so you guys could rip my dashboard apart and tell me sorry there’s nothing we could do I’m really upset about it as I explained if it was vise versa they would of got me no matter what damage is damage I want it replaced as a supervisor gave me her card and said come Monday to review my options like what? I want my car exactly how it was when I brought it in.

I paid my service last time including 3 follow up after it’s a special deal. This time maintenance not include Alignment? I have to pay extra 100 dollars. My car did not have issues before I came in, and I did not get alignment this time. but after maintenance it’s very rough on road seems worse than before . I believe maintenance should include car alignment service ?
Frank is clear about what are all the maintenance services in this 20K mile oil change free service. He provided me with updates on what they found out about my specific request for a warning on the dashboard, and made sure on his shift change, the next shift personnel would do the necessary modification on the dashboard to correct the warning.

Beau was simply awesome!!! Extremely professional and kept me updated with my service progress. I would happily work with him again. I also appreciated the pick up and delivery of my vehicle and the process was quite smooth and prompt. The only thing I was disappointed about was that my car was not washed before it was returned. I don't think this would have happened otherwise, so I am surprised this basic courtesy wasn't extended to me. And especially during COVID times, my car was driven back without the plastic barriers that were provided for the courtesy car, and seemingly in place for my protection as well as for your staff, which necessitated my having to sanitize my car upon return. And I am taken aback by this, because I proactively took the time to sanitize my car with Lysol spray AND Clorox wipes before pick up so that your staff would have more confidence in driving it for service. Again... these things are not consistent with the other service I received and I wanted to mention it.
