Pleasant experience, no hassle and very straight forward. Appreciated the extra mile of providing an Uber pick up from my home to the dealership. This is my second time having my car serviced at this location and each time I am greeted with excellent service, thank you.

I went in because I was losing tire pressure. I assumed I just needed new tires but then Robin checked everything else in my car and quickly alerted me that my brakes were at 1mm and let me know they needed to be changed. I agreed and if it wasn't for Robin's and the mechanics thoroughness I might have needed my brakes to be completed replaced instead of just the pads.

Jackie was off on the day that my car was ready. Bo, her partner, called me to tell me the car was ready for pickup. When I picked it up nobody came to tell me what was done to the car. All they did was process the paperwork and told me to wait for my car. As of this moment, I am not exactly sure what was done to the car. I was disappointed with the customer service I received this time at Lexus after been a customer of lLexus for over 15 years.

I loved Jennifer. Last time I asked someone to check my lights and they were charging me over $300. I declined the service and now several months later I brought the car in and Jennifer took care of it for less than $100. I feel taken care of and completely trust he. I want to have her all the time.

The original loan vehicle was filthy,front and back. It wasn’t cleaned prior to assigning it. The second loaner vehicle was cleaner but it clearly wasn’t cleaned as well as it should have been. The service tech, Man, was very quick and curt.
