Edgar Anzaldo provided outstanding service. He provided detailed explanations of the service recommendations and was courteous and professional throughout. I especially appreciate his contacting and following up with the Lexus Customer Service in resolving my peeling paint issue. He is perhaps the best service advisor that I have had since coming to the dealership in 2001.
