Jennifer has demonstrated well above her manner and courteous. On top of that she was able to take care my issues. Unlike the last time I came to Longo, that guy ( Asian man 5’8-10”) scanty hair with glasses, he told me that my warranty was expired. I called the warranty company which confirmed that it is not expired. I was transferred to Ian from finance Dept who contacted Jennifer. Anyway, I want to thank you both Ian and Jennifer for helping me. My contract is 8 years or 100,000 miles. Thanks
