The service staff did not arrange replacement parts with my permission and informed me that the vehicle could be picked up after 3 pm, but it did not start at all. I made multiple calls and no one answered. The service staff did not have any communication before get off work, which caused me to go back to get the vehicle and could do anything without paperwork . It was even more troublesome for other staff not to know the specific situation. The most frightening thing is that my new vehicle almost became an old one. I can't believe such a good brand and such a bad service. Very disappointed!

just wanna commend Rene Reynoso for being professional & nice every time i brought my car for a service. he alway's greeted me with a smile & asked me how am i doing. my car is ready as he promise & offer a loaner car if i wanted to use while the car is being work on, but i rather wait. Longo Lexus is lucky to have a very nice employee like Rene Reynoso.

Communication and customer service was great from Rene Reynoso. Everything was hassle free and all staff was very friendly.
This visit was for resurfacing the brake disks which were causing a vibration in the steering wheel. I had my front brakes repaired in June, about 3,500 miles traveled. I did not like the questions with the implication that I was the causing the problem, but I also understand if I suddenly decided to race the car, for example, then, of course I was responsible for the problem. Anyway, David Parada is competent and efficient at what he does; doesn’t waste my time or his and is truly a valuable employee at Longo. Took care of the problem and that’s all I needed.
