I took my Tacoma for a squeak noise when stepping on gas over 40 miles, I even showed Eric the squeak noise, a man that was on the other side of the truck heard it too, now I am going to spend half of my day to have one of your technician look at it.

Alejandro understood my emergency problem and scheduled me for my first 5,000 mile service and to repair my problem as well. He was extremely professional and courteous in explaining what I needed to do while waiting for the repairs to be done. He called me when my car was ready and explained what was done. Thank goodness it was nothing serious. My car was done earlier than the promised time. My experience with Alejandro was excellent and I hope to have him in the future.

Slow and unhelpful. Expressed I was in a hurry and still told me it would be 5.5 hrs just to check on a tiny noise on a brand new vehicle. Coincidentally JUST got an update on my truck both times I walked over bc it was taking forever. Did not even try to hurry things along even though I had an appt for early in the morning... if the first appts aren't being taken care of first wtf are you guys doing before that? Will be taking my business to wondries in the future
