I was completely satisfied but I was unsure of why my car needed service more than normal routine. They suggested cabin filters and to pressure wash my engine and my car only has 15,000 miles on it! Thank you for your service.
After I car was fixed the Toyota representative said your car is ready! As I inspected my car before getting in, I noticed that mechanic had spilled coffee all over my passenger seat and floor mats. Why was I not told this? I immediately called the mgr over and he apologized. He said that this should never had happened and he said he would take care of me and detail my car inside and out at a later date? Which I appreciated. I am really upset that mechanic was drinking coffee in my car and spilled it and did not say anything!!! I am still pissed off about this situation. Mgr let Martin Asst mgr know what happened.

The person that helped me was not the problem. He was extremely nice and helpful. The time I spent there waiting for my car to be service was ridiculous. I had my appointment at 12:30. I left the dealership after 3:15
