The power steering fluid was not inspected. It has been inspected all other times I have visited Longo, so I do not understand why it was overlooked on my most recent visit.

My paperwork said there was a recall and i declined service. Yes, i should read before i sigh but your staff should point important things out. Better yes given how many dumb emails you send me so i can spend more money with you- longo should email recall notices marked recall or advisory recall!!!!!

Checked in before 8am, I have an appointment 7:45am. My car was attended at around 1pm, technician assessed my truck not safe to be drive. Due to sheen condition and I need to tow my truck out. If my truck was seen earlier as scheduled, could have more time to tow our my truck ti other shop. This is only for a regular maintenance under Toyota care and with an appointment..
