The power steering fluid was not inspected. It has been inspected all other times I have visited Longo, so I do not understand why it was overlooked on my most recent visit.

My paperwork said there was a recall and i declined service. Yes, i should read before i sigh but your staff should point important things out. Better yes given how many dumb emails you send me so i can spend more money with you- longo should email recall notices marked recall or advisory recall!!!!! PS why i cam in w resulted in a great job

Checked in before 8am, I have an appointment 7:45am. My car was attended at around 1pm, technician assessed my truck not safe to be drive. Due to sheen condition and I need to tow my truck out. If my truck was seen earlier as scheduled, could have more time to tow our my truck ti other shop. This is only for a regular maintenance under Toyota care and with an appointment..

It’s always a pleasure to work with Kayla santos, she is very professional and very knowledgeable about Toyota card and servicing them. I’ve dealt with a lot of service advisors and most of them don’t even know what they are doing and what kind of service the car needs Kayla is very knowledgeable and knows Thank you kayla for the awesome experience every time i bring my car in for service!!!

I live in Orange County and LONGO was a little bit far from me so I went to auto nation in Buena Park had a bad experience there never going back LONGO is the place to go worth the drive awesome customer service
