The car was delivered more than 30 minutes later than the given time which was caused me to go work 20 minutes later. Please plan accordingly on this if we know we cannot commit to deliver the car on time. I hope next time we will improve this.

I was waiting for long time, I choose for staying to wait my Toyota on the appointment system, but I still waited 4 hours for my car finished, that was too crazy and insane. I’m really upset for this service.
