I paid $651.00 for keys for my Landcruiser and one key did not work because the key had a dead battery. I was told nonsense by the JJ that it had to cool down because my locking system heated up. He also said my locks were worn out and needed replacing at $600 a pop times 5. … the keys were not tested to see they worked after programming. I drove all the way to El Monte from Santa Monica and waited 4 hours for keys that did not work properly, so disgusted. I have never been so mad at the waste of time and ineptness. One of the new keys has a dead battery. I pointed it out to the service manager the key did not work but he said it needed to cool off after programming. Sooo aggravating. I am going out of town Saturday for a month or two so have limited time and cannot drive there for a new battery. I am so angry.
