he was great. he kept me informed as to the status of my cat. he relayed the mechanic’s suggestions. kept me informed and even had my car smogged as i asked and the paper work was o. my car and i had my tags within minutes of arriving on toyota campus

I ONLY take my car to longo because of Mandi Davis's excellent service. She makes it so easy and convenient to get my service done. I am always greeted by a smiling face (even through the mask). Mandi always goes above and beyond to explain programs and services that Longo has to offer. She is very educated and a great resource when i have questions. By far Mandi Davis is the best Longo employee I have encountered with my history of services at Longo, and she definitely needs to be recognized for her hard work during these stressful times!

Sometimes tone and attitude reduces the experience for a customer even if everything else was OK. I recall when I purchased my last Toyota Care plan I was told there would be six services. In a not very helpful way I learned that I was wrong, it was only four. My experience today was just not what I have come to expect from Longo.
He listened to my problems & solved them. I’m thankful for his expertise.
