Alejandro Jimenez was very informative in regards to my wife’s Corolla service and the extra maintenance program. Which I purchased for my wife’s Corolla. This is a great maintenance program which Longo Toyota offers. He also kept me informed on the progress throughout the service of my wife’s Corolla till it was ready. He is very professional and great customer service.

The Longo service experience is always courteous, professional, and totally fantastic. Alex was congenial, expedient, and kept me posted on the progress concerning my vehicle as warranted. No matter who I deal with at Longo when I go in to get my car serviced, I’m never on guard thinking I’m going to be upsold on unnecessary items. This is why I continue to be a loyal Longo customer. It’s the “Trust” factor. I trust that things are going to be done right, and they are.

I’m Mandi’s guest and will continue to do so for as long as I drive a Toyota vehicle or until she decides to take her talent and gets promoted to a management position with the company. I had a 7 am appointment today and was Mandi’s first guest. As soon as I pulled up to the service drive, Mandi was already waiting with her iPad to check a vehicle in. She greeted me, I told her what I was in for, and as soon I got out of my vehicle, she immediately recognized me and was just as excited to see me. I then walk to Mandi’s desk while she completes the check-in process. When she walked to her desk to start a repair order, she asked if I had any additional concerns or requests to add to the repair order. I told her the additional requests and she took the time to listen and had in my best interest in mind by making sure I got the best possible rates possible for my service needs. Our interaction ended with Mandi surprising me with tickets to Knotts Berry farm. This caught me off guard as I was not expecting this. She gave me the run through of this promotion and when was the last day to redeem my tickets leaving me very excited and excellent way to start my Monday. I was also updated on the status of my vehicle via text and when I declined the recommended services, was in no way treated any differently. Mandi’s upbeat personality, excellent bedside manners, and professionalism is why I keep continuing to work with Mandi. Each visit is truly a pleasant one and feels like I’m taking to a good friend instead of a money hungry, commission driven representative service and sales consultants get in the automotive industry. I’ll be seeing Mandi again early next year when I bring in my 2021 Toyota 4Runner for its first complimentary service. I trust that this next visit will be nothing but exceptional.
