It doesn’t make sense to have an “appointment” for car service at Longo. In the past I just drove in and get my car service with less time than getting the “appointment “. This time with “appointment” the Longo service adviser parked my car for over one and a half hours without moving an inch. When I asked why it takes so long for service technician to work on my car. He replied “soon” and I continued seeing my car at the parking spot for another half hour before moving into the service garage. I wonder whether this is the normal practice at Longo service department. If this is true, I would not use your service appointment next time.

My recent service experience at Longo Toyota was another outstanding one. Donovan Toledo was very professional, courteous, helpful, & patient by providing excellent customer service just as my previous visit with him. He also took the time to explain what kind of services my vehicle needed in a timely matter. Donovan always provides 5 star customer service.
I’m still waiting for a part that was ordered 2 weeks ago. It involves a sensor to the lift gate on my 2921 venza.

Very disappointed with the service this time. When he gives me a call last night that the technician needs me to leave my car at longo overnight so next day they want to observe the problem which been happening on my car that I been complaining several times. And I told him that I had an appointment at 11:00. And this morning, he is not even give a call. I wait until 8:45, I try to call him. Then he said everything is ready then he ask me that the windshield wipers is about to worn out. So I said go ahead to change it. Ha said he contact the mechanic and give me a call back in 10 minutes. Finally, around 10:00 he gives me a call said it’s ready. Also. Still had to wait 45 minutes for the ride come to pick me up. End up been late for my appointment. Lucky, someone just call for canceling appointment and they just put me on it. I’m so disappointed the service this time
The maintenance light was not reset and no sticker of my next service was applied. I had go back and the assistant manager reset the maintenance indicator.
