Everything went smooth. Only “complaint” is the exhorbitant price for labor as it comprised over 3/4 of the reapir bill. So long as the reapirs hold up, I supposed its okay.

I arrive at 12 for my 12:30 appointment and didn’t leave until 5:45. I understand it’s the holidays and many of the employees are out but that was a really long time just for an oil change.
Even with Appointment the delivery time delayed by 90 minutes

This has no regard to Edward Duran as I am sure this was not his fault. I had an appointment at 7am on Wednesday for a 70k standard service and to check out the heated seat system. I finally picked up my car at 1pm, and that was only after having to contact the service manager. See my record, my wife and I have purchase multiple cars from Longo and we have had our Highlander exclusively serviced there. I understand the labor issues Covid gas caused, but 6 hour wait for basically an oil change is excessive.
