Nothing was done on tire rotation, rotation from 2 front to 2 in the back, your charging me $24.99 for no service? what kind of trust you call this, whoever did the service should be get fired. I should get the refund for lousy service.

I was very pleased with Martin Torres customer service. I brought my 2000 4-Runner to Longo to get it checked out because I noticed that the sunroof was leaking on the passenger side. I originally bought my SUV at Longo. Martin explained the inspection procedure and said they would check the drain lines. I waited for the vehicle, and after three hours, he told me the technicians couldn’t find the problem associated with the leaking. Because the problem couldn’t be diagnosed, he said I would not be charged. He recommended I bring the vehicle back at a later date to have the inside roof headliner removed for further inspection. I was really touched by his consideration and kindness not to charge me, especially because I recently lost my job and have limited finances. I appreciate the care Longo Toyota provides its customers. Thank you!
