I went for a recall thinking I made an appointment. Noli was able to assist me without a problem. On top of the recall, had a flat tire. Tried to fix it but it was irreparable. Noli gave me quotes on the different brands of tire so I was able to decide which one I’d like. He was accommodating and knows what customer service is about. Good job ????

Ben is the best associate as he explained everything that was needing to be done in details so there is complete understanding between the customer and service being done. He communicates extremely well and I would prefer him as my service rep next time if he available. He is far the best rep I ever dealt with at long go Toyota over past 6 years I had my car serviced there.

I had a problem with the Mirai room light. Noli said it will cost $165 just to do the diagnosis. I was disappointed that he did not ask any questions to this room-light problem.

Mr. Perez was very welcoming. He was helpful and making sure I get the service that I needed. He made my vehicle was done during the time frame he was able to provide me. He called to make sure I received my vehicle once they are done and that I didn't have to wait long. I'm satisfied with Mr. Perez's customer service.
