After waiting to get my tire sensors assessed I was told that the sensor was in fact in need of replacement, I was helped by Albert, one of Martin’s associates and Danny the supervisor, they assisted me in replacing my tire sensor and covered the cost. I was able to avoid a return trip and still get home in a timely manner. While this issue could likely have been avoided by informing me when I had my tire replaced I would have been able to avoid a 2-3 hr delay waiting at the dealership. While I realize I brought my vehicle in before the holidays I feel that it is not an excuse for poor communication, communication between the service writers and the technicians and the communication between the service writers and customers. I feel that there is room for improvement and could contribute to saving Longo from having to “comp” the customer and improve customer satisfaction

As we were driving on Monday afternoon prior to our long distance trip, the “check engine” light engaged. Worried that our vacation plans would be ruined, we drove directly to Longo Toyota and immediately met with Bruce. Since he is our regular service manager, he quickly proceeded the work order. The work from the Black Team was performed in an efficient manner. Thankfully it was only a minor fix. This example only solidifies our faith in Longo service team. It’s guys like Bruce who keep this reputation strong. Keep up the good work.

I took my vehicle in to get my battery replaced because it was completely dead so I wanted a new one because I had already charged my battery but still wanted a new one because it is part of my warranty plan. I marked the battery with a permanent marker to see if they would replace it and they did not, the same battery with the same marks was in my vehicle. Why are they not doing what I asked them to do? Do the technicians or representatives do not understand what I want done? I am also very unsatisfied because it took 6 hours to replace a battery. If I would have known that they were going to do nothing I would have screwed off my warranty plan and done it myself. Thanks for nothing Longo

Prior to my appointment, I have called twice and both times confirmed that shuttle service would be available once the vehicle is dropped off. However, I was denied shuttle service at the dealership. I was told by the concierge that shuttle is NOT available for Toyota Care customers because of a new policy. I reached out to a manager then was told that my car would be ready in 2 hrs, therefore I am not eligible. Shuttle service is for customers who leave their vehicles until the end of the day or the next day. After 3 hours of waiting, I tried to get a status update but advisor Jorge was nowhere to be found. I then reached out to a second manager and was told that services are "delayed" and vehicles are "backed up". In addition, I was informed that shuttle service IS available and I should have been given the service. No sure what happened to the advisor Jorge either. There was no update of the service delay and was contacted by a different advisor when the vehicle was done.

The service agent was friendly and courteous but the experience was unpleasant–longer and more expensive than expected. Prior to arriving at the dealership (which is 25 miles from my home), I was told the service would take about two hours. It took five hours in total and cost $200 for an inspection. No parts were replaced, no repairs were made. This was a bit frustrating. The representative was pleasant but the service experience wasn't.

Jeffrey coordinated several things for my vehicle including a spare tire special order from Melanie Ho from parts and a smog check and brought it all together In time and on time.
