Eric got me dealer recommended service on my Prius before anything happened to go bad. Cleaned up my engine bay with steam clean & ordered new car battery before it gave out, along with a long overdue brake fluid flush. Honest about pricing & kept me updated on status of car.

My appointment was at 1:15 I got there at 12:20 almost am hr early. And I still had to wait until 4:36 to get my car with absolutely no updates on it. And I was told it would be ready by 3 or sooner. I don’t understand the purpose of an appointment if there’s still a 4 hour wait regardless.
