2 nd appt in a row in which there was an error over my appt. Needs.
The appt prior- your team simply forgot why I wanted to see them:to look at my tonneau cover concern after I submitted emails and photos.
This appt - 2nd appt … prior,I received a call “ all parts are in”. Therefore I made an appt to come in 1/8/22.
Before coming in today - I called. I asked if all materials/ parts were in and confirmed my appt. The answer from service sept: yes. Come in.
I did come i today. Waited 2 hrs. And they didn’t have the necessary parts to install my new tonneau cover.
My point about Daniel: and Matthew : they did the best they could with No Clue as to what happened. Because: I received a verbal price and nothing was in email or on my records.
I sincerely appreciate their help today but I left with nothing being completed.
There is a communication breakdown on your side.
So this matter is to be continued.
And I’m positive when parts are received : I will be helped properly.
Mistakes happen. I realize that I’m forgetting this. And it humbled me, to experience this a 2 nd time in a row.
It’s ok. I look forward to getting my new tonneau cover installed soon.
With Covid restrictions and a constant tension in life over it, I recognized my place in this was me stressing too much.
It’s just a tonneau cover!. Which Toyota approved an incredible offer for me to get. I cannot be upset over these mishap appts.
If anything I’m grateful for receiving the new tonneau cover for an unbelievable price.
I will be back soon. Your staffs honesty is thoughtful and the truth of what happened from them to me was an appreciative step .
