Not a friendly service dept. don't know who Eric is. Much better service department at Hosmer Toyota. At least they seem to want to help you. Came inacouple of weeks ago to Honda as my tire pressure was low. Was told to go to service station to get air. If I knew how to do it I would have. Think when buying a new car, service should 've much better. Very disappointed with Honda Service Department

Eric was very helpful and straightforward. I am very satisfied with the service my car got. The loaner car reeked of cigarette smoke and the steering felt loose which I did tell Eric about. I appreciated him letting me pick up my car at Hosmer Toyota Saturday morning after work so I didn't have to make a special trip over. There is a Crack in my windshield I know was not there when I dropped it off Wednesday morning and I will be calling the service department Monday morning about that. I will use Hosmer again for my car service as I think they do a good job.
