Tom went out of his way to ensure that I understood the nature of the repairs required for my RidgeLine and that I agreed that each part of the work was what my truck needed. Tom was patient and a good listener when I pushed back a couple of times at his suggestions. His good reasoning combined with excellent communications skills brought me around to his way of thinking. Thank you for Tom Walsh's work, which is a great asset for Hosmer Honda!
