Was some misunderstanding about when to bring the car in, it may have been our misunderstanding. sinc the car is from out of state I was glad it could still be repaired since daughter would be returning home after the Christmas holiday. Tom made it happen and I was pleased.

Thomas Walsh made every effort to make me comfortable while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Great communicator in explaining everything I needed to know about my appointment. I appreciated the loaner car other wise I would have waited good three hours. Everyone I met were very professional.
