I had a 3:30 to have my oil changed. Got off work an hour early to make it to this appointment and then my car never even got put on a lift till4:40. I lost an hours wages of $22,50 for no reason. Maybe be more prompt so customers aren’t losing money to make it to an appointment for no reason. It is not my fault you are booking to many customers. And to top it off I think my alternator is going bad on my 2019 vehicle I’ve had 4 months. Other than that I’m satisfied

The service and sales staff are always very friendly and accommodating when I bring our Avalon for service. I was in and out of the shop very fast. Thank youI It's always nice to get to talk with Joe S. when i'm there. He seems to always have time for his customers. Great Job! Robert also did a great job with the check in as he was filling in for a sick coworker that morning.
