Thom listened to my concerns, scheduled a same day appointment and assured me that the technician would find whatever the source of the issue was and correct it. Thom also walked me to the customer waiting area and pointed out the beverage area, restrooms, tv and let me know that if I needed anything to just ask. His personal care was very much appreciated.

Tom was very friendly, and pleased to help me. He loaned me a car for the week and a half to took Mason City to repair my car. Parts had to be ordered, so it took time. Tom is very personable and I appreciated his professional knowledge.
