Hosmer Honda has always been so helpful and extremely punctual with any service needs I have ever had with my Acura. They go above and beyond to ensure my vehicle is cared for. I do wish Acura would allow Honda dealerships to provide recall service to Acura owners as we live 200 miles away from an Acura dealer and only 5 miles from Hosmer Honda!

Not sure why I'm being told that if I don't drive my 2020 passport more than 30 mins everyday that my battery will not charge properly and might fail. So should 8 consider trading off to something more reliable so when I travel and park at the airport I won't need to worry about having a dead battery when I return. You might want to bring back Tom Walsh

My battery needed checking. With the cold Iowa temperatures I had to call AAA to start my car. They said my battery was corroded & I should have it checked. So I brought my CRV in and it was charged, tested and a battery cleaner/leak detector was applied to the terminals, cables and carriers. Then a pair of battery pads were installed.

Vehicle was brought in for recall fixes. At pick up, given a bill for $800 and while explanations were given it was not fully understood. Found out it was a bill for someone else, and there was actually no cost for our vehicle. Felt like checking my out was rushed

Overall happy with the service. I had low tire pressure come on while leaving the dealership. Service record said they were adjusted to 32psi front 33 psi rear. I set both at 35psi and reset the TPMS, seems to be fine now.
