It was frustrating that it was difficult to identify the intermittent a/c issue that persisted over the past year. I am glad that it has now been identified and corrected so when we travel this coming warm season we can depend that it will work when we are out of town.

Dave was SO nice, and very thorough with the plan for the day, however, the work took more than 6 hours, when I was told it would take 3.5. I wasted so much time, hanging around town with the loaner car, expecting my vehicle to be done just 30 minutes after I was done getting groceries. In addition, instead of the $430 charge I was quoted, my bill rang up at $575. There was no explanation for the additional charges. When I asked about it, he said he forgot to include the price of my oil change in the quote, which Would mean my oil change cost $140? He knew I was a bit shocked, so he gave me a 15% discount. Again, VERY nice, but I miss Thom.

The inside of car was not vacuumed at all. I was recommended to change tires, but I have less than 24000 miles in my vehicle. Oddly, I had my regular oil change and tire rotation as it supposed to, but the my number on my right side of tires are both 4 , and left side are both 3. If the tires and alignment was done properly, I don’t understand how can this coincidence happens?
