Hosmer Honda’s service manager Mr. David Funk greeted us with a pleasant smile, took my information and assigned a technician who successfully corrected our minor issue. The waiting room was clean, has a giant flat screen TV and a wide variety of coffees. This was the first road trip we have made with our new Honda and we had a minor issue with a nail in a tire and Hosmer Honda corrected the issue with no cost to me. Thanks for the great service.

I asked for my oil life % to be reset 3 times because they didn’t do it when I got my oil changed and it wasn’t done and I even asked Dave on the phone when he told me that my car was done and he said he reset it. When they delivered my car to my work it wasn’t reset and a wrench on my dash was showing that I needed service when I just had it in the shop and I spent $1400 on new tires and a sensor. I am infuriated!

Hate that they have done away with making appointments. If I don't have my car serviced by Hosmer, I have to pay to have my tires rotated. Stuck between rock and hard spot.

The computer generated a message to me telling me that my vehicle was ready and when I drove an hour to get there, it was not ready and the part wasn’t even there. It is no fault of the staff at Hosmer Honda but it is a fault of the computer system. Everyone was very pleasant.
