Very accommodating. Had my vehicle serviced and delivered faster than expected. I appreciate the pick-up and delivery at my place of employment. This is usually why I choose the dealership as opposed to a private mechanic or chain. I understand I will pay a little more for the convenience. However, I did choose an oil change package that was to include a car wash, which I did not get. In the past, I was also told my car would be vacuumed, and it was not. These are small things, but nice perks when you get your car serviced. Granted, I did get my car sooner than expected, so I guess the car wash could not be done. Overall, very satisfied.

This is the second time we have gotten this vehicle back after being serviced and the remote start has not been working. Both times they left a wire unhooked. We live about an hour away, and driving back the day after an oil change to get this taken care of is very inconvenient for us. Nobody apologized or acknowledged that they caused us such a hassle.

Everyone was courteous and helpful. Hosmer Honda appears to be a fun place to work. We have owned three Honda Pilots, they have all met our needs and desires. Our one complaint with all of our Pilots is floor heat for driver and passenger. Honda Engineering needs to take a closer look at delivering warm air faster. If they drive their own product they are not doing so in the winter nor in the Midwest where -20 below is not uncommon!
