I am pleased with the ease with which I can get my car serviced. The service call was about 50 dollars more than I was quoted. That is my only complaint.

As a new Camry owner, I stopped in to set up a future service appointment as I was approaching 5000 miles. To my surprise, they took my car in immediately & sent me on my way in about 20 min. Nice!

When talking on the phone about my car the man was not talking about my car the whole time. I don't know what to believe and what not to believe. It was while it was in the shop. I was supposed to be called this morning with a quote on a duplicate key. I was very disappointed with the unprofessional ism and sloppiness of their work. Probably won't go back. Was considering looking at a newer vehicle but don't like your service. I have a newer Durango I get serviced in Ames. Never once have had any issues. Sorry

It was good. Car feels better with more power. Didn't know about the dexos oil im suppose to use until I read my manual. My check engine light is still on though.
