First the service rep was not able to find the leak I wanted them to check. I went under the car with them and then they found it. After they kept the car for further inspection, they decided it needed $4700 worth of work. I paid less for this than the car. Toyota Avalon. I took it to another mechanic and they said it absolutely did not need that kind of work. They were able to complete the required repairs for $700. This makes me somewhat untrusting as I have been taking all of my vehicles to you for service.

The service record shows that the car was washed and vacuumed but in fact it was not. I pointed this out to Adam and he gave a "coupon " for a free wash and vacuum. Also the service record showed the left front turning signal was fixed when in fact it wasn't.

Everything was handled very quickly and professionally. I just came in to get an estimate on some tires for my car and I was able to get the car in immediately and get the tires on. I was impressed at how quickly I was able to get the work done. Thanks for a great job! My experience with Adam Nalan was very good.
