Adam and his associates, including mechanics did an exceptional job handling the situation. In the past, management did a very poor job dealing with situations. The management called me by name and was very courteous. This is changing my opinion on Hosmer Toyota and I will recommend them to all my friends. Thanks Tim H

Nathan helped me out when I brought my car in today to get the oil changed and the tires rotated. I asked him to quote me on a set of four new tires. After the service techs finished my car he followed up with me on the service and explained to me my options as far as new tires. He didn’t pressure me into buying anything and didn’t make me feel like I wasn’t a valued customer. I will keep coming to Hosmer to have work done on my car because of the excellent customer service. Service was good as usual, but the one thing I noticed after reviewing the bill after getting home was the bill didn't reflect the coupons that were in the drop envelope with the key. I will be back though as you do good work every time. Thanks.
