I would rather only have Adam only wait on me and help me with my vehicle issues. I dont feel pressured into getting certain maintenance things done. He is kind and pleasant. Kudos to Adam. If he would leave Toyota I would probably go somewhere else.

Service department was awesome. Your waiting room was a place I will not go again. You have lazy, angry far right employees spending long periods in the customers waiting room watching Fox News and spewing racist bs comments.
