I brought my Rav4 in for an oil change. I had a coupon that included a complimentary wash by hand. My Rav4 was cleaner - front and both sides looked mostly clean. However, the rear of vehicle was still pretty dirty and had large streaks of grime, so much that upon leaving Hosmer, I went directly to carwash and rewashed vehicle. I was not impressed.

Great job. Provided us with a loaner so we could get errands done. Washed the 4 Runner for us. And a comfortable place for us to wait!!

The only thing missed was that I came in with my first coupon for free oil change and I needed up needing device for brakes on top of it, and I didnt get the free wash and vacuum that came with the coupon. But otherwise I'm 100% satisfied. Thanks!

Everyone I talked to was so friendly and they stepped out of their way to help me, making sure I was happy with the results. When something else was found that needed to fixed I was first called to give my ok before it was taken care of. The employees are all respectful of the customers and that is why I like doing business with Hosmer!!
