Jason was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the timing of the completed service. I brought my Prius in at 9:30. I was expecting to have the service finished by lunch time. I wasn't able to drive home until 1:35. I am positive that was the mechanics issue, not Jason. Steve

My lack of satisfaction is totally about the time it took today. I was prepared for at least an hour to test out the battery. Dave, our service man, was great. He kept me informed I think the best he could. He was apologetic and he gave me a discount. And the young man who washed my car vacuumed out the back as I had requested if possible. But the testing took so long. When did it actually start? Then the decision was made to put in a new battery and the wait for that was forever. What we thought might be an hour and a half session stretched out to three and a half hours. We didn’t do an oil change job as we’re waiting for the mileage, about 700 more miles. We couldn’t put on new tires as they need to be ordered.
