Hes one of the most professional guys you have working there and honestly is the reason I get our Sienna van serviced in Mason. I live in Clarion, so the Ames Toyota dealership is the same distance. They way over charged and never even cleaned the corrosion off the battery so I had to come back in. The washer fluid and coolant were never filled up either. For 588 dollars they could of at least vacuum and washed my car. Very crappy service when I called to tell them they forgot they were going to charge me more money. There just out to get your money and do crappy work.
