My wife and I have brought our 2013 Toyota Sienna van to Hosmer Toyota 3 times over the past few months. We have been having problems with both sliding side doors. The doors stick periodically which is a huge safety concern for our 3 children to exit in an emergency situation. I told Jason that both doors stick and have problems opening. I could only get one door to stick at the dealership because Jason said that I have to prove that it is failing. I left our van at the dealership and took loaner van home. Jason called and said that they replaced driver side sliding door mechanism and couldn’t get get passenger side slider to fail. Then he mentioned that the back door was sticking. I told him that neither the back door nor the fuel door gave us any problems. They text later that day and my wife called the next day to schedule pickup and check on the work that was performed. She was treated rudely and was told that I declined to have both latches replaced on driver side sliding door. We just want all warranty door parts replaced on both sliding doors. Our 3 kids’ safety depend on it

The whole experience with my vehicle was handled professionally and courteously. Communication was excellent, from explaining the problem and situation with my car to setting up convenient appointments. Jason made the entire process as painless as possible for me, and I was pleasantly surprised that everything was completed so promptly.

I understand they were busy...but I waited almost 3 hrs for an oil change. I do understand they had accidentally broken a part and were scrambling to find a new one...which they had to order, so now I have to go back then the part comes in. When I got inside my car it had not been vacuumed out like they said they were going to do. Everyone was very pleasant..no complaints on that...just wasn't a 5 star experience.

Thomas did an excellent job of ordering the parts for the repair, calling when they arrived and scheduling the work. He also arranged for a no contact pick up and delivery because of the pandemic. I really appreciated that because I have a medical condition that makes me more at risk. The car was returned earlier than promised which was great. Thank you for the excellent service on my vehicle. I can’t say enough good things about your service department which is a reason we’ve bought so many cars from Hosmer.
