Adam Nalan always provides professional service whenever I have been at the Hosmer Toyota dealership . I have known Adam for a number of years and he always goes above and beyond when dealing with a customer. He recently arranged to have my vehicle picked up at my home for a service appointment. Because I have a heart condition, I really appreciated this during the pandemic. Another example of Adam’s dedication was when I had problems connecting my vehicle to my garage door opener. Adam volunteered to come to my home to make sure it worked. That is service above and beyond the expected. He is always pleasant and friendly. He is a big reason we have continued to buy vehicles from the dealership. Toyota is fortunate to have Adam as an employee who represents the dealership and product in such a positive way.
